Unbeatable very central location, adjacent to KL Sentral which is convenient to visit other places, NuSentral shopping centre and KL Sentral / monorail. Also, near public transport. Nice building and rooms with wifi...

All in all everything was well-maintained, had a great stay for 3 nights. The hotel had a very central location near central station. Units with wifi.

Marvellous location for our visit to Little India Market just a short stroll away from the hotel. Plenty of nice options for meal.

The place was clean and PERFECT, it had smart and efficient staff from check-in to check-out. The breakfast at reasonable prices. The location was particularly good - near eateries and coffee store. Btw, went to city center, located not too far from the hotel.

Sadly, there was no breakfast.

Greatly enjoyed the place, had an absolutely amazing stay for 3 nights. The staff were decent and best and the location was magnificent near to public transport. And there was Kfc with short-orders a short way from the venue, super convenient. Variety of food for breakfast, which was nice to satisfy everyone.

Extraordinary and comfy hotel located right by main train station, restaurants and Nu Sentral Mall as well as KL Sentral train station and Malaysia. Charming little and well-maintained rooms provided with WiFi, extra space. Had the best location to the airports, near Surau Istana Negara.

The room I booked was cheap and reasonably large with WiFi, basic amenities, extra space.

Where was breakfast?.

Fantastic incredible location, within the city center. Next to Easy to access big shopping mall, and Easy to get to KL Sentral. Plenty of goodies for breakfast.

the hotel was extraordinary and fairly clean, it had very good wi-fi, its location was ideal to the airports. location: the venue was short walk to monorail station, department stores, kl sentral, bus&train station, restaurants and a huge shopping mall and kl sentral which is the main transport hub in kl. i dined a super close walk to the hotel at restoran puteri.

Thank you for an amazing stay. The hotel rooms are well-maintained with extra space, WiFi and basic amenities. The venue has a very central location to Bus terminal.

my recent stay in kl was exceptional thanks to my hotel kl sentral. the strategic location, comfortable bed and pillows, and friendly staff made my experience top-notch. i especially loved the spacious bathroom and the convenience of having 7eleven downstairs.

Small room and lack of facilities.

The hotel was extraordinary and fairly clean, it had very good wi-fi, its location was ideal near to public transport. Location: the venue was so close to Close to NU Sentral, and KL Sentral / monorail. Tried some nice meals at Restoran Puteri, located short walk from the hotel. Everything was simply good.

It is a basic but comfortable hotel with a good location...easy access to pubic transport. They also have a cafe right next door with good food and very friendly staff.

We had an early flight and requested a taxi to pick us up at 5.30am but the staff said that they couldnt do that. Told us to walk out to the roadside where there were taxis available. But later they called us to say they could arrange a van to take us to the airport which costs too much and Im sure they got a commission if someone used that transport. Very bad attitude.

The environment around the hotel is not quite clean.

Centrally located with many choices of eateries and transport. Corner room with window, less claustrophobic. AC, electric heating shower, WiFi all work well. Clean sheets, towels, and bathroom. Staff, especially Mr. Zul, helpful and efficient. Fair value for the money paid.
